This page covers beplus.plus only. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its page under Projects.
The site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We do not sell, share or rent any data.

When you visit a page
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services and delivered by Amazon CloudFront. Like every website, it receives your IP address and your browser's standard request details so that it can send you the page. We have not turned on access logs, so we keep no record of your visit.
When you open the home page without coming from another page of this site (through a link elsewhere, a bookmark or the address bar), CloudFront looks at the country your connection comes from and at your browser's preferred language, and sends you to the Romanian version if either points to Romania. This happens at the moment of the request and nothing is stored. The English link on the Romanian pages always opens the English home page.
Visit counts
We count visits with GoatCounter. It stores totals per page and per day: the page, the referring site, the browser and system, the screen width, the language and the country derived from the IP address. It does not store IP addresses or any identifier, and it sets no cookies. We use these totals to see which pages are useful, which is our legitimate interest. You can block the counter with any content blocker and the site keeps working.
When you write to us
When you email contact@beplus.plus, your message reaches our mailbox, which Google Workspace hosts. The site itself has no form and receives nothing you write.
We use your message only to answer you and, if you asked for one, to prepare a website review or a proposal. That is a step you asked us to take before any contract. We keep the conversation as long as we need it to answer you and, if it leads to a contract, as long as Romanian law requires us to keep business records.
A website review looks only at what anyone can see from outside. We never test a site without its owner's consent.
Who processes the data for us
- Amazon Web Services: hosting and delivery, in the United States.
- Google Workspace: our mailbox.
- GoatCounter: visit counts.
Amazon Web Services and Google are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers data sent to the United States.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to contact@beplus.plus. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
