Scan & Organize ("the App") is developed and published by BE PLUS S.R.L. ("BE PLUS", "we", "us", "our"), a software studio registered in Bucharest, Romania (Reg. Com. J2026039087001, CUI 54913206, registered office Str. Dealul Tugulea 77, Office 2, Floor 1, District 6, Bucharest). This policy explains how the App handles your information.
We do not collect any personal data. Scanning, reading, and organizing documents runs on your device. BE PLUS has no servers, no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Your content stays on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
Document edge-detection and text recognition (OCR) run on your device using Apple's VisionKit and Vision frameworks. Your documents and recognized text are stored locally on your device.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your documents are synchronised across your own devices through Apple iCloud (CloudKit private database). This data lives in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy — BE PLUS has no servers and cannot access it. Sync is off unless you turn it on, and you can disable it any time in Settings.
Your documents, pages, and recognized text are stored in the App's local storage, and — only if you enable iCloud Sync — mirrored to your private iCloud. There is no BE PLUS account or server.
The App offers an optional one-time Pro unlock through Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Apple processes the payment and manages the entitlement, which is tied to your Apple ID. We never receive your payment details (card number, billing address). "Restore Purchases" simply asks Apple to re-confirm an existing purchase.
Apple may collect aggregated, anonymous app-usage and crash statistics at the operating-system level. This is controlled by Apple under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, independently of the App. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone.
The App integrates no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, and no non-Apple third-party services. The only external services involved are Apple platform services (App Store / In-App Purchase, and Apple iCloud (CloudKit) if you enable sync), used under Apple's own privacy framework.
The App is distributed worldwide through the Apple App Store. BE PLUS processes no personal data of its own. As an EU-based company, BE PLUS S.R.L. complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; users in the EU and UK are protected under the GDPR and UK-GDPR. Because your content stays on your device (and, where applicable, in your own iCloud), you remain in control of it at all times.
