Product Studio ("the App") is developed and published by BE PLUS S.R.L. ("BE PLUS", "we", "us", "our"), a software studio registered in Bucharest, Romania (Reg. Com. J2026039087001, CUI 54913206, registered office Str. Dealul Tugulea 77, Office 2, Floor 1, District 6, Bucharest). This policy explains how the App handles your information.
We do not collect any personal data. Turning product photos into studio shots runs on your device. BE PLUS has no servers, no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Your content stays on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
Subject lift, background replacement, logo placement, and catalog/PDF generation all run entirely on your device using Apple's Vision and Core Image frameworks. Your photos are processed locally; nothing is uploaded and BE PLUS has no servers.
Your logo, saved canvases, and product catalogs are stored in the App's local storage on your device. There is no cloud component and no account; uninstalling the App removes this content.
The App offers an optional one-time Pro unlock through Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Apple processes the payment and manages the entitlement, which is tied to your Apple ID. We never receive your payment details (card number, billing address). "Restore Purchases" simply asks Apple to re-confirm an existing purchase.
Apple may collect aggregated, anonymous app-usage and crash statistics at the operating-system level. This is controlled by Apple under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, independently of the App. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone.
The App integrates no advertising networks, no analytics SDKs, and no non-Apple third-party services. The only external services involved are Apple platform services (App Store / In-App Purchase), used under Apple's own privacy framework.
The App is distributed worldwide through the Apple App Store. BE PLUS processes no personal data of its own. As an EU-based company, BE PLUS S.R.L. complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; users in the EU and UK are protected under the GDPR and UK-GDPR. Because your content stays on your device (and, where applicable, in your own iCloud), you remain in control of it at all times.
