Privacy Report ("the App") is developed and published by BE PLUS S.R.L. ("BE PLUS", "we", "us", "our"), a software studio registered in Bucharest, Romania (Reg. Com. J2026039087001, CUI 54913206, registered office Str. Dealul Tugulea 77, Office 2, Floor 1, District 6, Bucharest). This policy explains how the App handles your information.
We never see your data. The App reads the App Privacy Report file that you export from iOS and analyzes it entirely on your device to show which apps used your sensors and which servers they contacted. BE PLUS has no user accounts, no advertising and no third-party tracking. The only data that leaves the device is anonymous usage statistics, sent to our own service and never shared with anyone.
None. The App requires no microphone, camera, location, contacts, or photo-library access. You bring in data only by explicitly picking a file (section 5) through the system file picker.
iOS records an App Privacy Report (which apps accessed your sensors, and the network domains they contacted). You export that file from iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → App Privacy Report and open it in the App using the system file picker. The App reads and analyzes the file on your device only. Your report is never uploaded to BE PLUS. The analysis lives on your device and is cleared when you import a new report or remove the App.
Tracker detection compares the domains in your report against a tracker list bundled inside the App. This matching happens locally; no domain, report, or query is sent anywhere.
The optional export feature creates a plain-text summary locally, which you can then share through the system share sheet. The App does not transmit it anywhere on its own.
The App offers an optional one-time Pro unlock through Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Apple processes the payment and manages the entitlement, which is tied to your Apple ID. We never receive your payment details (card number, billing address). "Restore Purchases" simply asks Apple to re-confirm an existing purchase.
To understand which features are used and to improve the App, we send anonymous, non-personal usage events to our own first-party analytics service — not a third party, and not an advertising network. What is sent: a random, anonymous install identifier (a UUID) that identifies a device install and not a person; basic technical context such as app version, operating-system version, language and country/region; and simple events such as the app being opened or the purchase screen being shown. We do not send your report or anything inside it, contacts, or your location. This matches the App Store privacy label for this App: Identifiers and Usage Data, not linked to you and not used for tracking.
Separately, Apple may collect aggregated, anonymous app-usage and crash statistics at the operating-system level. This is controlled by Apple under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, independently of the App. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone.
The App integrates no advertising networks, no third-party analytics and no social networks. The only external parties involved are our own first-party analytics service described above and Apple platform services (App Store / In-App Purchase), used under Apple's own privacy framework.
The App is distributed worldwide through the Apple App Store. BE PLUS processes no personal data of its own. As an EU-based company, BE PLUS S.R.L. complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; users in the EU and UK are protected under the GDPR and UK-GDPR. Because the report you import is analyzed only on your device, you remain in control of it at all times.
