Catchy Numbers ("the App") is developed and published by BE PLUS S.R.L. ("BE PLUS", "we", "us", "our"), a software studio registered in Bucharest, Romania (Reg. Com. J2026039087001, CUI 54913206, registered office Str. Dealul Tugulea 77, Office 2, Floor 1, District 6, Bucharest). This policy explains how the App handles your information.
Built for children, with privacy first. Catchy Numbers has no ads, no third-party tracking, and no accounts. It collects no personal information. The only data that leaves the device is anonymous usage statistics we use to improve the App, sent to our own service and never shared with anyone.
To understand which games are played and to improve the App, we send anonymous, non-personal usage events to our own first-party analytics service (not a third party, no advertising network). What is sent:
We do not collect names, free text, voice, images, contacts, or precise location. This data is anonymous and is used only to improve the App; it is never sold or shared with third parties.
The App offers a single one-time $1.99 lifetime unlock (a non-consumable in-app purchase) that removes the daily play limit. Before any purchase — and before any link that would leave the App — the App shows a parental gate (a simple arithmetic question only an adult is expected to solve). Apple processes the payment through the App Store; we never receive your payment details.
The App may ask permission to send a gentle local daily reminder to keep practising. These reminders are scheduled on the device only — there is no remote push and no message is sent from our servers. You can turn notifications off any time in Settings.
The App requests no privacy-sensitive permissions. It does not use the camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, speech recognition, or App Tracking Transparency. Sounds in the App are pre-recorded; nothing is ever recorded from the device.
Game progress, settings, the purchase flag, and the anonymous install identifier are stored locally on the device (in UserDefaults and the iOS Keychain). No personal data is stored. Uninstalling the App removes the local data.
The App integrates no third-party SDKs — no advertising, no third-party analytics, no social networks, no Game Center, and no iCloud. The only external parties involved are Apple (App Store and In-App Purchase) and our own first-party analytics service described above.
This App is designed for children and we take their privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App shows no behavioral advertising, has no social or chat features, and contains no user-generated content. Purchases and any link that leaves the App are protected by a parental gate. The anonymous usage statistics described above contain no personal information and are not used to build a profile of any child. If you believe we have inadvertently received personal information from a child, contact us at contact@beplus.plus and we will delete it.
Apple may collect aggregated, anonymous app-usage and crash statistics at the operating-system level. This is controlled by Apple under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, independently of the App. See apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App is distributed worldwide through the Apple App Store. As an EU-based company, BE PLUS S.R.L. complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and applicable children's-privacy law. The only data we process is the anonymous, non-personal usage data described in this policy.
